At Blue Ridge Consumer Law, secure communication with clients is a top priority. BRCL uses the MyCase Client Portal as a simple way to get information to you and for you to provide your information directly to BRCL. The portal provides a secure environment for sharing information, billing and communications.

Q:    How do I get started with the MyCase Client Portal?

A:    You will receive a welcome email from MyCase containing your login instructions and a link to set up your secure password. 

Once you click the link to activate your portal, you will be asked to create a password and taken to the portal. You will then be able to view all the items that Blue Ridge Consumer Law has shared with you (documents, invoices, messages). When BRCL sends new information or documents, the portal will send you a notification. The portal is also the place to send messages and upload documents for BRCL.
